Q: What is at my booth?

A: Anything and everything you need.

• Standard booth sizes are 8‘ x 10’ and 10’ x 10’

• 6 foot skirted table

• Booth dividers with pipe and draping

• Two folding side chairs

• Identification sign

• Exhibit hall floors will have carpet in the aisles

The Saint Charles Convention Center has the facility, staff, services and equipment to provide you with an effortless exhibiting experience. Booths are in high demand so register early because space is first come, first served for the booth of your choice.

Q: When do I get a service kit?

A: 60 days before the conference.

The helpful staff at the St. Charles Convention Center (SCCC) will be providing all of the booth services this year. You will receive an Exhibitor Service Kit which will include information on any additional equipment and services that you may need. It will also include details on the move-in and move-out, how to order extra furnishings and services such as booth cleaning, electric, internet and floral, as well as information for shipping to and from the show. The service kit will be available to download from our website approximately 60 days before the conference. You will also be able to print the forms and fax them back to SCCC.
